failed to apologise for rotten food served

A colleague Went to chicken Licken menlyn to purchase hot wings for my two o clock lunch. They came back smelly and sticky as a cause of them being outdated. I immediately stopped eating and put them away. Went to chicken Licken after work at 17:00 (mind u I didn't not have my lunch. When I got there they looked at me and questioned my judgement until one of them actually smelt them and confirmed my claim. They tossed me with new ones and not even an utter of an apology was said. I asked if that is it and no remorse would be shown that is when one of them decided to ad \ what exactly do you want"with shock I rep**** and asked if that is what he is asking.
