Extremely Disappointing Experience – Cold Food & No Meat

Very disappointing experience at Chicken Licken Tsakane. 😡

The service and food were extremely disappointing. Our food was served cold, which is completely unacceptable, especially when you're paying for a meal expecting it to be fresh and hot.

To make matters worse, we were told that they didn't have meat available. How does a Chicken Licken outlet run out of the main product customers come there for? It was honestly frustrating and inconvenient.

I expected much better from Chicken Licken. Management seriously needs to look into the service, food quality and stock management at this branch. Definitely not an experience I would want to repeat.
