Extremely Bad Service at Chicken Licken Goodwood

I received extremely bad service at the Chicken Licken franchise store in Viking Park, Goodwood, Cape Town on Sunday, 13 August at 1800. The person that served me was Pamela Patu and she did not seem to know the products and how to find it on the till. I gave my order twice and it was wrong. She then just left me standing at the till without any explanation while serving another customer. When i asked her what about my order she ignored me very rudely. After 5 minutes another lady came and she had to cancel my partially completed order and I had to give my order again. While i was there, there was another person who also complained about the same person. I trust they will address this poor service.
