Extremely bad customer service

I had a bad experience, DERRICK MDHLULI the waiter, ive ordered big john burger, chips and six wings... 1stly brought 4 wings with chips i returned the order.. Then asked for sauces, he asked if want the full box... Insulted me, i am extremely angry, if nothings done i am taking it further
