Extra extra small sized hot wings xxs wings

It has come to a point where I can't take it anymore. I am so fed up with Chicken Licken Empangeni's wings. If extra extra small was a size used to describe your portion sized wings, then i would use that term. They always sell us flat wings. One day I asked if that was the new standard to be sold flat wings and they said no it was what the supplier was giving them and I then asked why were we not told if that was the case so we could make an informed decision of buying if we wanted the to be ********** in the end. So after a while I thought let me go and buy there but already thinking about going to that Chicken Licken in town made my heart sink because I know they serve flat and very small wings at a full price and indeed they did just as I was expecting. My heart not wanting to accept that I had been **********, I went back to them and complained at the manager and you should've seen the stares from the staff even the staff from the back kitchen was staring at me as if it was a crime to complain that they were ripping us off. At first the manager tried to duck and dive saying this was the problem they had from the supplier and she showed me the notice they have put to notify the customers which was also facing the opposite direction from customers. It was facing them people who know about this problem. In my heart I was like at least they can take suggestion because even for that note to be there I had asked them to put it so we can be able to read. I guess i should've asked them to face it in the direction of customers so we can be able to read it. When i asked the manager why the Chicken Licken at the station had acceptable sized wings she said they have different suppliers. So why aren't they changing. Is that rocket science to think they should change to the supplier supplying the Chicken Licken at the Station. Please stop ripping us off. I don't know if you undermine the crowd of customers that buy from that Chicken Licken that we have to drive a long long way to Chicken Licken at the station to get nice sized wings. They don't have to be massive like that of a turkey but acceptable not the ones we are being served like they are of a 3 day old baby chicken. It seems like an insult to have such size being served for such a long time as id they can't see that there ia a oroblem. I can't have my aink just thinking abiut going to buy hot wings as id I'm being done a favour when I oay ***k money and not given a discount. I am not happy with my purchases at that store. I juat want to buy and not fight a battle afterwards because I have complained. That is bad customer service and the fact that this problem has been going on for so long is an insult to us. Please do something and stop ripping us off especially because when you make those adverts that play on TV you show regualr sized wings not the insult that is being served to us.
