EXPECTED TO EAT OFF OF A SERVING TRAY

On Wednesday we went to the store at the Phoenix Plaza and normally when we opt for chicken licken for a meal we always get take-away but due to the family and I being in a hurry we decided to eat at the store. Our order was ready and I asked the lady for an eating tray which is normally half a chicken licken box but the lady said that they don't provide them anymore and we (a family of four) must eat out the box that all the chicken was in (rather crude) I requested to speak to the manager and along comes a person with the customer service skills of a rock. I again requested the eating trays and even offered to pay for them. His response was no we don't do that, so I asked how are we supposed to eat in-store then and the buffoon hands me a plastic tray....the one that they serve you your food on. I asked this \manager"if he was being serious that he expected us to eat off of a serving tray and he had the nerve to tell me yes"
