DRY SALTY CHICKEN LIKE BILTONG

I went to the Chicken Licken at The Reef Shopping Centre after work expecting to have a good meal. I placed my order for the Rock My Soul 3 and the order was paid for . After a few minutes the lady said that the pieces they have for the rock my soul is in the oven and i will have to wait 12 minutes for it if i want it. I asked why was my order taken if they knew that the chicken was still going to go in the oven.She did not have a answer. She then was giving me my order and replacing one of my chicken pieces with a hot wing and asking if i am happy with taking it. I said no because this is not what i paid for. She then replaced it with another piece of breast. When i got home to eat, the chicken was the worst i have ever eaten. It was dry as biltong and extremely salty. i just could not handle it so i threw it away. For a new branch this is terrible quality. Highly Disappointed
