Dry chicken

Hi , Please allow me to express my greatest disappointment with the product i recieve everytime i by from chicken licken Randburg , i must say the meat is very dry definitley not as juicy , i know a good chicken lickne when i taste one , i buy from a few outlets like the one at cosmo and campus square , i have never been disappointed , i dont know if it is because its utilized by most black people and not whites , whatever it is please try and fix it . hope this lands on the hands of someone who is willing to give me an ear .
