Drive through????!

Decided to try chicken licken the village on the way home. Was told in the drive through to please wait 6 minutes and she'll bring out our food. Went inside 15 minutes later, no apologies and stil my food not ready. The lady then proceeded to move as slow as possible packing the food and the rest of the colleagues stood and talked and laughed. 30 minutes later we had food. Will stick to KFC
