Double charged

Today I purchased Rock my soul 3 pieces at Boulders Midrand. Electricity went off after a transaction went off my account but no printout on the speedpoint. I showed the cashier who was assisting me but she insisted that the payment didn't go through as the printout from the speedpoint did not come out and I should swipe my card again. She further said that the money will be reversed and if not I should come back with bankstatement or leave my number. I swiped my card again as I wanted my order and not to delay the queue.

Till now there is no reversal of the first purchase and I cant afford to go back to the restaurant as I am using money to travel there.

I want that amount paid back to my account by the ASAP. Attached are the transactions and my bank information. I cannot make bank statement as shown on another attachment. Should I go there I will certainly claim my traveling costs because of your staff Ignorance and insisting that I should make another payment or I will not get my order
