Double billing

I purchased 3 feed my craving meals and slider mix on the 2nd of november 2020 and when i swiped my card it said declined i then used my other card to pay. When i check my accout today and go through the transaction the payment actully went off and the money was taken from my account. I have called my bank and they confirmed that the money went off on my account meaning i payed double for the stuff i purchased
