DONT USE DRIVE TRU

Chicken licken @ Lyttelton Shopping Centre DRIVE TRU is NOT a drive thru, you wait & wait & wait while the cars pile up behind you, so I ask the cashier which is the same person who runs to the front & gives food to the car in front of me than tells me to wait for him, I ask is he the only staff working today, he says no the others are on lunch, this is at 16:55 on a Friday afternoon, as I look inside I see a good few people waiting inside for their food too.

& they call it "FLY TRU" - LOL what a joke & poor management of staff
