dont know what they are doing

I sent my driver to chicken licken across the road from the glen shopping centre with my ford compliment card which is a master card which I have bought from other chicken licken stores using this card and made purchases from other stores with the same card with no problems my driver then came back and tells me that they do not accept these cards at all it is a master card this was told to my driver by Linda apparently a manager at the store this is unacceptable and a bunch of ******* and she is very unprofessional train your useless managers and staff to read what it says on a card before chasing a customer away
