Dissapoiting service

I made an order over the phone at chicken licken vryburg only to arrive at the shop and to be told i will have to wait on the que even if I made and order prior to arriving at the shop..... this has really irritated me because I was avoiding the que by calling on time.... and this is very unprofessional for a national outlet like chicken licken..... I was avoiding being on the que and mixing with other people.. nice I made a call.... I am really not happy with this
