Disrespectful staff Xolelwa Mchunu

CHICKEN LICKEN VIKING, the most disgusting 🤢 and disrespectful lady ............. I have never ever been disrespected by someone the way that she disrespected me. Drove up to the ordering station asked if she could take my order i told her that I am still checking the menu , less then 10 seconds later she asked if I have decided I told her that I am still checking and will let her know shortly , she then told me that the menu at the drive through Is limited and I could order or ask her if i don't see anything on the menu I told her I am still checking the menu and will let her know., she again told me twice after that the menu is limited . I told her I'm checking.....she then asked me very sarcastically, "Are u then still checking the menu I rep**** yes my kids, we are still deciding she then said haaaai yhoo due to her continually telling me that the menu is limited ..I qsked if I can drive up to the window and order dir3ctly from her she said no I should hurry up there is a timer at the drive through . My wife then asked her why she was so disrespectful she laughed at us I asked if there was a manager she said no there is no manager all of a sudden a man comes to the speaker and I ask if he is the manager he says no . I asked for a manager again, and he told me that there is not one .... I then place my order forgot half of what I wanted to order and make my way to the window where she is standing and laughing at us my wife asked her who she was laughing at she her reply is not u ... I again ask for a manager she tells me that I have to get out of my car and walk into the store ...... I pay and move to the collection window. I ask the second lady for the manager who magicaly pops up with in a split second. I then had to apologize...on her behalf that lady does not deserve to worrk with customers as she does not have any customer service Please MR Azziz Dawood ( who i was told is the owner of this franchise by the Manger) adress this issue don't very disrespectful staff member .....
