Disrespectful Staff

So I went to Chicken Licken Die Bult Potchefstroom to buy the Lunch Meal Soul Fire and when I received my meal, it was not Soul Fire but rather regular.

I went to the cashier and explained my issue and she took the meal and went to the kitchen staff to tell them and instead of opening the box let alone exchanging the meat, she was rude and said in Tswana that this meat was Soul Fire.

I then asked that she take a bite of the meat so she can taste that it is not Soul Fire and she refused with attitude. I was shoved with the food I bought and when I asked for the receipt they refused with it.

Luckily I remember the order number, I am truly disappointed with the service I received as well as the manner in which my issue was handled
