Disrespectful Staff

So today 12-12-2017 at 13:20 I went to Chicken Licken De Bult Potchefstroom and order the Lunch Meal Soul Fire.

My food arrived and when I sat to eat,the meat was not Soul Fire and so I stood up and went to the cashier to explain and she then took the meat to the kitchen.

The lady in the kitchen says with attitude "This is Soul Fire" without even taking a look at the meat nor tasting it after I asked her to taste it for herself.

I then politely told the cashier that this is not Soul Fire can she please take a bite of the chicken for herself. The lady in the kitchen outright refused to change the meat as I had requested something hot.

I asked for my receipt back as proof of my purchase and they refused with it and shoved the food back at me.

I am truly disappointed in the level of disrespect from the staff
