Disrespectful Dina Kgampele at Voslo

<p>I have never been so disrespected in my life. My husband and I went to the new Chicken Licken in Vosloorus for the first and we will not be going back. After waiting for 15min at the "fly through" we were told to order inside because of some issue with their speed point, which we did. After ordering we waited for another 20min for our food. Upon asking Dina Kgampele who was calling out the orders how long my burger would take, I was told "I'm not the one making burgers, I'm just calling out orders that are in front of me." I'll admit, I lost it. On top of that she laughs at me and my husband and kept looking at her colleagues and saying "over a burger." At that point I asked for my money back. Manager finally came out to authorize the refund but was not bothered much about why I was asking for a refund. Only after one of the ladies working in the kitchen came out to apologize and explain why the burger took so long, she seemed to be interested in what was going on and even asked me to point Dina out. Basically I was there for almost an hour.I request that Chicken Licken give their staff more Customer Service training. I refuse to pay my hard earned R 85 to be disrespected. It's not much, and in fact the value of an order should not determine the level of service.</p>
