Disregard and bad attitude

If there's one thing I don't like is when people make me out to be brainless fool. First of all I order a Rock My Soul and a coke. I only get the order for the Rock My Soul. I'm tired and hungry so I'm not in the mood to go on about it. I wait for my order, but then the orders start going past my order number. I query this three orders past mine, and the gentleman consults with his kitchen assistant. So I think they fixing it.Unbelievably another 4 orders run past me. I ask the cashier nicely to please put my order and the man looks at me like I'm a bag of filth. He tells his assistant to put my order together, and almost throws the bag on the counter, without even apologising for the delay... How do you have one cashier, and one cook at this time of the month, this time of the day, in a busy place like Rosettenville. Then they're rude as well. Anyway that was my first and last purchase from you guys, from any of your branches. I won't be treated like dirt having spent my hard earned money, and simply enquiring if my food is ready, after 7 orders flew past me. Dismal.
