DISGUSTING & UN-LOYAL SERVICE

I'm so ****en Irritated and ****ed to the highest level. I drove from Wonderboom to Chicken Licken Sunnypark to buy 6 Piece Hot and 2 Original. They told me they only have Hot pieces, and they can't just make 2 piece Original it needs to be 6 or 8 Original. I told them I'll go to town to look for it, Zanele spoke to her manager and they stopped me from going there told me they will make the 2 piece and it will take about 10 Minutes. I left to buy bread when I came back they gave me the 8 pieces. When I got home I found out that they only put 8 Original pieces. I was very upset, I called them and they told me, when I went to buy bread they saw that they don't have Hot pieces and they decided to make 8 Original without telling me, and when I went to pick up they didn't event tell me what they decided for me. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE, I'm very DISAPPOINTED with the services that I got they can't just decide for customers without telling them, I had to drive this long way to buy this chicken and they just do as they please. This is my money and they don't have the authority to decide for me, I'm so IRRITATED! POOR, BAD AND UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!! )-:
