Disgusting treatment from Owner

A disgusting customer service recieved from Chicken Licken serving tiny wings and after speaking to their head office, the owner of the Mall of Africa Shop then refuses a sit down meeting and tells me that I'm not making any sense regarding why I want to see him. The rudest person I've ever spoken to yet he wants customers to spend their hard earn money on his business!
