DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM MIKE!!!

I must say I am disgusted by the service I received from one your employees who also seemed to be a manager with a blue shirt, me and my friend ordered a Bang Bang Mix and a Slider Snack 3 and we instead received a Slider Snack 2, then there was a lady who gave us our order and then we told her that the order is incorrect then she said unfortunately it cannot be changed and then I said but it's not what we ordered so can you call the guy who took our order called Mike, now this guy was so RUDE he said we don't know what we want because that's what we ordered and he raised his voice and continued shouting at us in front of other people telling us that we can go ahead and report him if we want to, I mean we knew exactly what we wanted to order and he made a mistake.We really felt so humiliated by this guy and this makes me HATE your restaurant and I actually feel disgusted by just looking at it.Something needs to be done, the service we received was really pathetic and I never want to set my foot in any of your restaurants because I have been treated like SH$T!! I want to know what measures you'll take 2 resolve this otherwise I'm gona post it all over media and show every1 ur pathet
