Disgusting service from Chicken Licken balito Junction mall

I recently purchased food from the chicken Licken store at balito Junction mall and received the worst service thus far. I have a pregnant wife and she could not consume any of the drinks on the menu so I went into another store and purchased a healthy drink for her. I returned to Chicken Licken to consume my meal and forgot to get a straw for my wife. The cashier named Thobeka refused to give me a straw and I purchased for over R150 at Chicken Licken. I have contacted Chicken Licken but the company did not even reply with an sms stating you guys don't value your customers that is the reason you employ *********** staff. I am so disgusting with this that I will never use this store again. You disgust me Chicken Licken Balito Junction mall
