Disgusting service at chicken licken viking

Chicken licken viking... This past Saturday I was given a very disgusting service. I got there and waited for my order for 30 minutes if not more.. People who got there after me left me there.. I kept my cool, so when I finally got my order I politely asked the guy by the name Sabelo.. My question was why are you guys so slow today and sarcastically his answer was "I don't know", with an attitude... Called his manager Thabang whom I felt like he's not into my complain at all.....I love chicken licken but if I will have trashy service then I'd rather go where my support is appreciated.. I'm still disgusted when I think about their treatment.
