disgusting service

1cashier serving. Over 20 minutes still no chicken. Flies in restaurant. Asked for aircon and told to wait as she is busy. Finally after 15 minutes zircon comes on after asking again. Refused to give till slip back. Refused to give owners details. Orders came after me left before me. Lies and says others orders we're drive through wen I know customers were behind me in the line
