Disgusting Service

I'm not an old client of this company, but what a disgrace. The chicken was terrible, almost not edible. I was hospitalized for three weeks and my husband was dependent on fast foods for this period of time. He brought me this chicken and it was so salty I couldn't eat it. They refuse to refund us based on the fact that we don't have a slip. This is a disgrace as we have have now lost money which is scarce as my medical expenses are high. could you please request a refund for 3 piece and chips (one of their menu items x 3).
