DISGUSTING PATHETHIC SERVICE

I have been to the gateway branch of chicken licken. I ordered for a top deluxe burger meal and when i opened the box to have my lunch, only to note that it was a small miserly boerie burger. I immediately went back to the store & the manager refused to even listen to me and said that I had ordered the wrong product. he refused to even accommodate me by refunding me or a suitable solution. he has absolutely no customer service etiquette. I have left the burger at the outlet and he just asked me to phone the custore care line which I have been trying to get through for the past 1/2 hour to no avail. we pay for service ****it and is this how you treat customers. I had previously had issues with this particular store and unfortunatley I had bought supper for home and the next day went to complain and they asked me why didnt I bring it the same day. Do you expect me to drive all the way back at my cost just for you guys inconvenience. I would like this to be dealt with in the most serious light
