Disgusting food coupled with poor service attitude

Complained that the food was not up to standard. Told to taste the food which I refused to do. I asked to buy more to check the quality and they refused to sell to me. Waited several minutes for the store manager. She advised the owner would come but never did. Rude and arrogant and the same attitude from head office. Called them and was told that the customer care person was off sick. One person taking calls for customer complaints. No managers can take customer calls. Amazing that these people can treat customers in this way
