Disgusting food and terrible service

I went to Chicken Licken the reef this evening, and firstly the service was TERRIBLE!!!!!! The lady that took our order was extremely rude and her comments she made over the intercom system in her language was uncalled for... secondly when we got to the pay point she was rude yet again and cant even greet a client in a decent manner.... we called for the manager and we were just told I will speak to her. When we got to the window to collect our order.... ONCE AGAIN EXTREMELY RUDE..... and when we got our order it was shoved into a packet and handed to us so everything mixes.... when we opened our foof the Big John burger was mushy and the food was cold. Tge chicken pieces in the lunch meal was cold and tasteless and the pieces wasnt what i asked for. Overall I am truly disgusted in the service and the food quality we received. Branch.
