Disgusting Customer Service

I am so appalled by the treatment that I received from this store. We bought a family full house with sprinkle pops. Sat down and ate with my friends. After having our meal I asked for a glass of water as I am on medication and can't drink certain things that are sold there. The guy just told me they don't have cold water in the store. They only have hot water on their taps. I even enquired about tap water and the guy just said no. So my question is now, after all these years that Chicken licken has been in business they never have cold tap water? Or am I the one who was unfortunate to be refused water at a store I always eat? What does the staff drink throughout the day when there's no cold water in the store? I find it very silly that this is the kind of treatment I have to get from Chicken Licken especially the one at Mangalani. Last time the very same guy went and punched in my order without even telling me that they are still awaiting confirmation of delivery of the wings. I was surprised that people are coming and going after me then I went and asked. That was the only time I was told theyy just received they are cooking it now. Am I now expected to stop buying chicken licken
