Disgusting Customer Service

The Chicken licken down the road from Cresta Mall on Beyers Naude has thee most uncaring , unbothered, undisciplined staff. I got there and asked to do a scan to pay for my order. The lady at the fly-thru was so annoying and had this dismissive and belittling attitude towards me. I asked her if I could come inside and pay and she told me that she has already placed the order via drive thru so I need to pay. I looked at her and asked her why is it that she’s behaving In this manner, she ignored me. I then drove off & parked aside and walked in. I’m standing at the collection section and still totally ignored . The lady at the till then greets me, I asked her, how else can I pay because I just realised I lost my card. She laughed and said “only tapping here sisi” and walked away. I stood there so confused. In the times we living in, I can’t scan up pay!!! THERE’s QR CODES!!!! Virtual Cards!!! No one was bothered nor cared to a point that I walked off. What a ridiculous team!!! I drove all the way for such nonsense!!!
