Disgusting attitude, rude manager
I'm appalled & am writing this with utter disgust after the treatment i received from Chicken Licken Commissioner street, johannesburg. I was waiting for my order number to be called, while my son(4years), was becoming restless. He was very naughty (like any other kid) & i kept on disciplining him while waiting for my order. Eventually, my order was called, i left my son sitting down on the stairs inside the restaurant. By the time i returned, the security Lindani was already squeezing my son's leg until he cried. He told me that I dont know how to discipline my child & that my son spat on him.He said i dont teach my son respect, thats why he goes around disrespecting elders.. I was very angry. I told him that I acknowledge that my son was 100% wrong but i wouldnt accept him to tell me that i dont discipline my child.. First of all, him telling me in front of other patrons that i am a bad mom who doesnt discipline her child. Secondly, he doesnt even know me. When I asked for his name, he refused to give me, he said he doesnt have one (he wasnt wearing a name tag). I spoke to Caroline, the so called manager. She also **** & told me that the security guard's name is Lindani & she doesnt know his surname. She said she will go to the back & look it up, instead she stood me up for more than 15mins, not knowing that she went to kitchen to continue with her duties.. She banged the door on my face while I was still talking to her. She needs to be sent for management skills because she has none whatsoever. She doesnt even deserve the title mananger. When i asked her she stood me up, she went to the back to hide. One lady who was cleaning the tables(she wasnt wearing any name tag too),made me look like a fool. She kept making fun of me & even told me that I'm bored. From yesterday onwards, i hate everything about Chicken Licken. The level of incompetency & rudeness is shocking. I'm sure that the parents of that security didnt send him to school for him to become a security but he chose that path himself, so there's no parent that teach their kids bad manners & disrespect. Get that through your thick, empty heads. Kids will always be kids, you fools. Their mentality is not the same as ours.
