Disgusted by the service I received from Chicken licken Jabulani Mall

1stly I ordered via Mr D just after 7pm hoping I would receive the order by 8pm at least, to my surprise till 10pm my delivery did not arrive, when I checked my app it showed that my order was collected but did not get to me, in the morning I had to use my own airtime to call and get a refund. 2ndly I ordered again this afternoon and again cause they seem to like surprises one of my pieces that was meant to be a Drumstick looked like a winglet and it is not the 1st time it is happening we went through the same thing in December but let it slide, now we need to get answers from the management at Jabulani Mall as to why the service is like this.

Who must eat a winglet in a space fof a drumsticks coz the order was Rock my Soul Six and there is 6 of us?
