Disgusted by how chicken licken doesn't care about customers!

I bought hot wings party at chicken licken Roadhouse in dobsonville, the wings looked like they are either burnt or old they were hard and dark in color also the bone looked and tasted old, it was as though someone bought it and returned it and it was refried over and over. Can someone look into this we ended up feeding the wings to our dogs we live too far to have returned, can someone look into this as R132 it's a lot of money to eat low quality chicken licken I'm very disappointed and annoyed coz I'm going to sleep hungry when I passed at chicken licken! I've been trying contact them through their customer care but I get an error500
