disgusted, annoyed and very ****ed off

esterday i went to chicken licken chris hani mall, i bought hotwings salsa meal. then when they called out my number i gave them the slip i got my order and left oi drive home then when i get there its not hotwings inside its a 2piece of chicken and chips. i could go back there cause it was already too late.what **** service is that i want my money cause prices are not the same. who makes such mistakes with food really i want an explanation.
