Disgusted

<p>I placed and order at Chicken Licken Festival Mall on the 01 December 2016. After waiting 30 min for my order I politely ask the lady behind the counter to please double check if she did not maybe miss my order. She did not even listen to me and snaped saying this is not the number she was calling. I waited another 15 min and eventualy she called my number. She took the parcel from the back that was standing ready for over 40min already. I took this up with the manager and she insisted the lady just came from lunch and it was not her who gave me the wrong detail. My food is cold and to top it all a lovely chicken feather on my food. I am disgusted and would never set foot in a Chicken Licken again. Lost all my respect for your food!!!. I have a picture of the feather should you want proof.</p>
