Disappointing service from Chicken Licken , and refusal for refunds.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Chicken Licken. On 29th of July 2024, I visited the Bara branch and was double charged for my order. I brought this to the attention of the staff and was assured that it would be rectified.

However, despite numerous emails and follow-ups and my cooperation with their verification methods , I have yet to receive a refund for the excess amount charged. The store has made repeated excuses and has now stopped responding to my emails altogether.

The lack of accountability and poor communication and incompetence from the team has been frustrating and disappointing. As a customer, I expect a higher level of service and integrity from a reputable brand like Chicken Licken.

Until this matter is resolved, I would caution others to double-check their receipts and be wary of the store's refund policy. Hopefully, the management will take steps to address this issue and prevent similar incidents in the future.
