Disappointing service

Yesterday I was at the Chicken Licken Midrand Mews drive thru and I was requested to park my vehicle at the parking at around 8:40 pm and was told I’ll wait for 10 minutes for my order and 9:10 pm I still didn’t have my order but they kept on taking peoples orders and and they had to walk to the shop which is unacceptable. What is the meaning of a drive thru? I should have just went to buy like normal inside the store. I there proceeded in the shop and waited and 10 mins for a party 16, I was and still am very disappointed in Chicken Licken and it’s sad cause I love it so much and I am a loyal customer of that specific one. Going forward I will refuse to move my car from the drive way until I receive my order to avoid what happened yesterday.
