Disappointing service

Went to the oakdene chicken licken today after my physio session, placed a bug order for about R270 , for myself and colleagues, I ordered soul fire sauce and when I got back to work I find that there was no sauce in my packet, they had forgotten it even though I paid for it. I could not eat my food as I only eat the chicken and wings with this sauce and do not like it plain at all. I phoned them to explain what happened and all the guy could tell me was how sorry he was but nothing he can do, I must drive back there if I wanted the sauce. I work across the road at absa the glen so I asked him if the staff perhaps could be coming to the mall and he said no no one comes to the mall, even during their lunch they don't. He did not even try to help me at all for the inconvenience caused. I did not eat all day and couldn't take my medication either. Not good service at all.
