Disappointed with served delivery!

Very disgusted with the service delivered this evening by both Chicken Licken & KFC at the Ballito junction mall. It was 20:05 the doors at Chicken Licken was still opened and I went to order but was turned down, so I went to KFC next door after 2-3 mins of waiting to order, the workers said they was closed and that it would take 30 mins to order..when they could have just said it before making us wait!( while talking amongest themselves).When passing Chicken Licken customers was being served and the doors still wasn't closed. Please review the camera footage as this was disappointing! I can't understand why I couldn't be served but others could. The date 2/10/2022
