DISAPPOINTED -from a regular customer

It was my first visit to the Edenvale branch yesterday 17/10/2021. I was so disappointed in the service as I am generally quite happy with the other branches. The lady serving was unable to give me a menu as I wanted the portions of chicken only. I asked her where the prices are as it was not on their board. She asked me how many pieces of chicken I wanted and I said that I would like to check my options. She started rambling off prices starting from 1piece of chicken extremely annoyed with me and showing it, until her colleague came from the kitchen and said that they have menus she just has to get some at the back. I then proceeded to order the soul fire chicken as well as slider meals for the kids. When I got home I was so disappointed and disgusted. I received the most driest and tasteless pieces of chicken..no taste at all.. CHICKEN LICKEN please take note your staff are giving you guys a bad name. If people do not have a passion for customer service then they shouldnt be in this industry.. PATHETIC SERVICE INDEED!!!!!
