Disappointed customer!

I was overcharged for a meal i bought at one of the Chicken Licken branches on 23/10/18. And the chicken was not fresh!! I bought the meal for R39.90 and i was charged R49.90 from my credit card without my knowledge. To make matters even worse is, the chicken was not fresh!! I am very disappointed!!
