Disappointed Custmer

This morning at 08:15 I went to Chicken Licken Setsing Phuthaditjhaba to purchase a meal, The store doors were widely open and I was ready to make an order and I was told that the chicken was not yet prepared and I have to wait over an hour before I can make my purchase. My question is why they have already opened for trading to customers whilst they know their meals are not ready. Is it the store suppose to open when everything is ready for trade. I am a very disappointed customer and the incompetence of some of Setsing Chicken Licken staff. I don't think I will ever go back to Setsing Chicken Licken again.
