Disappointed at the quality of food and after service

I bought meal of chicken and chips at chicken liken wilgeheuwel I ate 1 & half piece and it was dry, looked and tasted old. I called the branch and spoke to the Manager and didn’t like her response as she sounded like ai was lying and she said she will give me 1 piece to apologise. I didn’t call to stock pieces in my order o was so disappointing as it’s a bit of a walk to the branch and I was not looking to go back there for a piece of chicken really disappointed.
