Delivery Delay

I spoke to a male named Muhammed and placed an order with him for delivery. He informed not a problem and took the order with no issues, at the time the order was placed it was raining... <br> <br> I waited 45 mins and received a call from him informing there will be a delay as their delivery guys use bikes and it's dangerous for them to ride a bike in the rain.<br> This I am aware of... But is this my problem? So the second rain comes, their delivery service is null and void... No alternatives? This is something they need to resolve. Get a car for instances like these. <br> <br> It's honestly disappointing. This needs to be looked into.
