Debited twice

I was debited twice for my transaction, I went to the store to complain and the manager came to speak to me and I explained everything, luckily I still had both the slips, the declined and approved slip. She went back to her office to call Absa and she came back saying the Absa call centre closes at 15:00 and that’s a big lie, she will call them the next day and I must leave my contact details, no one has made any contact with me until I went back to the store and to my surprise the was no action taken, the email was only sent then and I was told my money might reverse in two weeks they are not sure, till today I am still waiting, I just received a WhatsApp message requesting for my slips and no one acknowledged my message after sending.

Till today I am still waiting for someone to contact me or for my money to reverse.

The first time I went to the store the manger said ohhh it’s just R75 only, as if R75 is not money.
