I went to buy a meal at chicken licken the branch at Mall@Carnival to which I accidentally dropped my bank card at the store without noticing, got my order left and when at home noticed I didn't have my card , I then drove back to the store and don't even stay near but coz it's a bank card I went back to ask if someone had picked up my card and handed it in to which I was told No.

When I got home for the 2nd time I saw on my phone notification that my card had been used at the same chicken licken store and a purchase was made apart from mine which shook me as I had gone back to inquire, i told my husband to which he went back the following day to try get camera footage of what happened but only get feedback after a week or so that my card was picked up handed into the store and one of the workers there used it to purchase a meal.

All we got from the store was a sorry and a refund of the money used, no compensation for the replacement of my card as the employee apparently threw it away after I told them I blocked it or even compensation for the continuous up and down to the store looking for updates on the camera footage.
