Damaged Goods

On Friday 17 April we ordered food at Chicken Licken Wynberg on *** 6x soul fire meals and 6 wings meal delux, when the food arrived as it was delivered we found that the chicken was black in colour and smelling of old oil, when i contacted the Manager he advised me that there was nothing they could do as they were waiting for the oil truck to deliver fresh oil and it hadnt arrived, when i asked him why were we not advised of this before we placed an order so that we could be given the opportunity to decide if we want to go ahead or not with our order he said he was sorry, all the chicken was thrown away because it was not edible, it was smelling of old oil and the colour of the chicken did not look appetising. The order was placed for a group of staff members based at Nedbank 135 Rivonia under Nomvuyo at 10:30 Friday 17/04/2015 This is not the first time we have been dissapointed by the Chicken Licken in question, the last order we had with them the hot wings were all off and i kept them as proof so that they could decide for themseolves and we had to wait for new ones to be delivered which was an inconvinience because by the time the order came at 3 our lunch was finishe
