Customer service standards

I'm so disappointed and angry,yesternight around 8 pm went to buy some food from our local chicken licken store at sizwe shopping centre at protea glen for supper purposes. The meat was burnt and the wings were shot and very small,I took pictures comparing them to my 7 month old baby's finger.i went there to lay a complaint thinking they will do right by me,but no,the manager told me that 1,they received small sized wings from their supplier and about the burnt meat they received their cooking oil stock today,so it's been long they haven't changed their oil.so the only thing she could do for me was give me the 1 wing that was missing from my order and the 2 pieces of chicken,chips and salad that I have returned.i spent R300 plus there yesterday and I had to go back there again today to lay a complaint .Imagine my petrol,my time and energy,mind you I was from work.i wish they could be educated on customer service.
