Customer service consistantly horrible

<p>I went to Chicken Licken, Mall of the South and ordered a salad this morning. They telling me i can't buy via card for anything less than R15.00, i just want to know why is this when the company sells items for less than R15.00.</p> <p>The Store Manager (Elizabeth) is very rude telling me she can't cater for people like me buying for less than R15.00. One thing they should know is that they lost a loyal customer that buys there each and everyday.</p>
